Preliminary Application

Trinity Senior Apartments provides quality, affordable housing for low-income households that meet applicable eligibility requirements. We do not provide emergency shelter or transitional housing, and submission of an application does not guarantee housing.

Every applicant must go through a verification process that can take several weeks to complete, and there may or may not be an available apartment immediately.

All households must meet certain income restrictions. Resident rent will vary depending on your annual adjusted gross income. Your rent is calculated at 30% of your annual adjusted income, minus allowable medical deductions.

Be aware of your right to request reasonable accommodation.
