Mission Statement & Overview

Trinity Senior Housing Corporation strives to promote dignity and independence. Free from the burden of maintaining a home, residents can enjoy the company of their neighbors and a full program of social, cultural, and wellness activities. Residents and their families enjoy peace of mind by not worrying about a loved one going without groceries or struggling to get around.

A full complement of staff is employed to efficiently and effectively provide for the management of personnel, rental, occupancy, maintenance, 24-hour security services, social service, and recreational needs of the residents at both communities.

THE SPONSOR

Trinity United Church of Christ, 400 W 95th St, Chicago, IL 60628, is the proud sponsor of Trinity Acres and Trinity Oaks HUD-funded housing projects. The careful watch of the overall management of operations is carried out by a twelve (12) member Board of Directors and the Managing Agent/Executive Director are charged through the HAP contract with the responsibility for the governance of the legal, moral, fiduciary accountability through the twelve board members.

Our residents live independently in their own apartment homes. This allows them to maintain their sense of independence.
