Mission Statement & Overview

Trinity Senior Housing Corporation strives to promote dignity and independence. Free from the burden of maintaining a home, residents can enjoy the company of their neighbors and a full program of social, cultural, and wellness activities. Residents and their families enjoy peace of mind by not worrying about a loved one going without groceries or struggling to get around.

A full complement of staff is employed to efficiently and effectively provide for the management of personnel, rental, occupancy, maintenance, 24-hour security services, social service, and recreational needs of the residents at both communities.

THE SPONSOR

Trinity United Church of Christ, 400 W 95^th St, Chicago, IL 60628, is the proud sponsor of Trinity Acres and Trinity Oaks HUD-funded housing projects. The careful watch of the overall management of operations is carried out by a twelve (12) member Board of Directors and the Managing Agent/Executive Director are charged through the HAP contract with the responsibility for the governance of the legal, moral, fiduciary accountability through the twelve board members.
